Role - SAP PP Lead (Discrete Manufacturing)
Location: Hybrid - Phoenix, AZ
Job Description
The SAP PP (Discrete Manufacturing) Lead is accountable for designing, governing, and delivering the production planning and execution backbone for the Saudi Arabia plant of the client.
The candidate is required to lead the project to extend the US manufacturing solution to the KSA plant ensuring that planning, sequencing, material availability, and execution operate at scale and protect SOP and ramp‑up targets.
Own the end‑to‑end SAP PP, Discrete Manufacturing solution, identify any dependencies, interdepencencies on the business and other satellite solutions like MES system. Lead workshops, plan KDDs, and identify roadblocks, delivery solution documentation like SDD, KDDs, Config designs etc, lead SIT and be the end responsible for the delivery. The role requires close collaboration with Saudi based business teams, IT teams, India offshore team and also US based client IT teams.

Lead the design and collaboration meeting with the client stakeholders, drive KDDs, designs to workstream level solution delivery
