Python Developer with Capital Markets Technology team is expanding and seeking highly skilled Python Developer to support mission-critical trading, Equities and index-related initiatives.

The team operates similarly to front-office Strat functions in global investment banks, interfacing directly with traders and quantitative research groups.

Candidates must bring a rare combination of strong Python engineering skills,Pyspark,Pandas,NumPy,Pycharm, capital markets business knowledge, and the ability to build production-ready tools that integrate with trading technology stacks.

The environment is fast-paced, selective, and demands strong technical depth combined with a genuine engagement in understanding business products such as options, dividend futures, and equity derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable tools that integrate quantitative models with real-time trading workflows.
  • Work closely with traders, quants, and tech teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions.
  • Enhance and maintain systems supporting derivatives trading, pricing, risk, and index computations.
  • Build backend logic primarily using Python, with integrations into frontend components (React) where required.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and DevOps frameworks.
  • Manage data ingestion, persistence, and computation using relational or distributed databases.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance optimizations, testing, and documentation.
  • Contribute to improving team processes, onboarding support, and mentoring junior developers when needed.
  • Strong Python development (production systems, not just scripting).
  • Experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks for UI development.
  • Hands-on work with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, containers, and automated deployments.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience in production trading environments.
