Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Engineering Lead to manage and optimize AWS environments, ensuring they are stable, secure, cost-efficient, and resilient. The role focuses on making deployments predictable, managing incidents effectively, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end incident management, including critical outages and root cause fixes
Ensure stability and reliability of production AWS environments
Optimize cloud costs using tagging, rightsizing, and lifecycle strategies
Strengthen monitoring and observability (logs, metrics, tracing, alerts)
Build automation, runbooks, and operational best practices
Enforce security through least-privilege access and regular audits
Define and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies

Core Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFront)
Experience in monitoring, observability, and alerting systems
Strong background in incident management and production support
Automation skills using Terraform, Ansible, or Python
Solid understanding of cloud networking and architecture
