Senior Scrum Master leads Agile development teams in delivering technology solutions aligned with the Bank’s product vision and strategic goals. As a champion of Agile principles, this role drives best practices, fosters innovation, and enhances team performance through coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

 

Note: Banking domain experience is Mandatory.

 

What You'll Do:

 

·        Educate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles using training and practical tools.

·        Mentor Scrum Masters and team members to strengthen Agile practices.

·        Develop strategies for enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and cultural transformation.

·        Implement Agile processes to improve collaboration, transparency, and predictability.

·        Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning.

·        Serve as the primary contact for Scrum team-related projects and applications.

·        Coordinate across teams in a scaled Agile environment to meet project goals.

·        Lead by example, driving Agile maturity and organizational change.

·        Align Agile practices with business processes, products, and technologies.

·        Partner with senior leadership to evolve and sustain Agile methodologies

 

What You'll Need:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Finance, or Accounting (master’s preferred)

·        8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master or 5+ years as Project Manager

·        Certified Scrum Master and Advanced Scrum Master required; Professional Scrum Master preferred

·        Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in coaching teams

·        Proven success managing complex, multi-team projects

·        Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills

·        Technical exposure or programming experience is a plus.
