 2) Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S.

      3) Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

• LOCAL to Texas profiles only
• Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

 

Total EXP: 10+ Years 

📌 Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Local to Texas only (Austin area preferred)
✔ Active Texas DL & LinkedIn ID required
✔ Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) – Must
✔ Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) – Must
✔ Strong experience with Texas state procurement laws, regulations, vendor management, sourcing, and contract management

📌 Must have Experience:
✔ Public sector / State of Texas procurement experience
✔ IT procurement & contract negotiations experience
✔ DIR Cooperative Contracts program experience
