Oracle Fusion HCM Developer / Analyst

Note: 

 1) The working position is Remote within the Texas state.

 2) The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO TEXAS 

Interview Mode : Team Meetings 

• Active Texas DL & LinkedIn Id Must for submission

Total EXP: 13+ Years 

Must Have:

• Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience with the Cloud Recruiting module
• Certified Oracle Fusion HCM / Recruiting
• Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Taleo Connect Client (TCC)
• Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas (CAPPS) preferred but not required

Job Description:Must Have Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific experience with the Cloud Recruiting module
• Certified Oracle Fusion HCM / Recruiting
• Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Taleo Connect Client (TCC)
• CAPPS (Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas) – preferred

Job Description:

4–7 Years Experience In:
• Systems analyst / programmer analyst role with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration vs customization
• Functional setup tasks, workflows, and role-based security concepts
• Configuration, design, implementation, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud (Recruiting module)
• Designing Oracle HCM integrations with systems such as PeopleSoft HCM and mainframe ATS
• Oracle integration tools including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Vendor management in software project environments
• Working with stakeholders and development teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Reporting & Analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Oracle updates and patches
• Testing & validation including UAT, defect triage, and data validation
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications (2+ Years):
• Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System and Taleo Connect Client (TCC)
• Certified Oracle Fusion HCM / Recruiting
• Experience with Python scripting
• CAPPS (Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System for Texas)
• Experience with Oracle AI Agents for business process automation and insights
