Job description:

Looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong experience working as a liaison between Business and IT teams including Architecture, Project Delivery, and Application Sustainment teams. Strong Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, SDLC knowledge, and technical documentation experience are highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• 8+ Years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and SDLC
• Experience participating in software development reviews, analysis, design, and testing
• Experience with Unit Testing, System Testing, and UAT
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience working with IT and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
• Data Analysis experience
• PMP experience
• Technical/Instructional Documentation
• Visual Documentation & Screenshot Development
• Ability to translate technical concepts into plain language

• Business Analysis
• Data Analysis
• Requirements Gathering
• SDLC Methodologies
• Business Process Reengineering
• UAT / System Testing
• Technical Documentation & User Guides
• Stakeholder Management
• IT & Business Coordination

Candidates with Project Management or PMP experience will be a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with IT developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain user guides and technical documentation
• Create screenshots and visual aids for user instructions
• Update documentation for new features and enhancements
• Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Participate in meetings, demos, and walkthroughs
• Assist in training material development

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Experience in software development reviews, testing, and UAT
• Strong communication and organizational skills
