有朋友生产汽车内饰件,对于工艺寻求帮助\指教。问题是怎样解决加工过程中的烟雾过大问题。
流层是木粉+PP颗粒+PP回首物，然后加温压缩成型，出料时烟雾过大。PP颗粒160度熔解，机器加温时温度在400度。
