Reminder.... The next APTS meeting will take place tomorrow night, Tuesday, May 14th,
at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Here are a few tips to make things go smoothly:
- Try to get on Zoom early since the program will need to download to your computer and this can take a few minutes.
- If Zoom does not work right away try to reboot your computer.
- When Zoom starts, be sure to use your computer video and audio. You will be asked if you want to do this.
- However, if you do not want to be seen you do not need to join with video.
- The best browser to use with zoom is Chrome. This will enable you to use the computer audio. This is a free download https://www.google.com/chrome/
- Be sure that you put yourself on mute when you sign on. You can find the mute button on the bottom of your screen.
- Only have a phone? There is also an app you can download to your phone that will allow you to hear and see everyone.

Our Tuesday, June 11, 2024, meeting will be held in person at the MS/HS library at 6:30 p.m. We will be voting on our APTS Budget for the 2024 - 2025 school year, and our APTS officers.
