Hello Everyone!

Announcement: Treasurer position - Open

We are looking for a new treasurer. If you are interested in the position, please contact the APTS President, Ali Haslam at pres...@f-p-apts.org. We will be voting on a new treasurer at the meeting on Tuesday.

Reminder.... The next APTS meeting of this school year will take place Tuesday night,

April 11th, at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom.

Here are a few tips to make things go smoothly:

1. Try to get on Zoom early since the program will need to download to your computer and this can take a few minutes.
2. If Zoom does not work right away try to reboot your computer.
3. When Zoom starts, be sure to use your computer video and audio. You will be asked if you want to do this.
4. However, if you do not want to be seen you do not need to join with video.
5. The best browser to use with zoom is Chrome. This will enable you to use the computer audio. This is a free download https://www.google.com/chrome/
6. Be sure that you put yourself on mute when you sign on. You can find the mute button on the bottom of your screen.
7. Only have a phone? There is also an app you can download to your phone that will allow you to hear and see everyone.
