Upload Files not bringing up window

I've tried this on a mac with firefox, and windows with Firefox and
IE. All behave the same which tells me it's probably something on the
server end and not a client side issue.
The install went very well, no issues at all:
unzipped
created db, edited database.yml
ran db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production
yum install hapricot
and then started it up using mongrel.
No production or mongrel log errors.. So this one is eluding me.
Anyone else have this issue or any ideas on how to fix it?

Upload is trying to use a flash plugin for letting you upload multiple files at once. However, this is broken in most modern browsers in Flash 9. There's a new plugin that works for Flash 10 but we haven't had the time to upgrade to it yet:
