Harold Hamp is my AI and he has developed this starter over the past several
years and worked with the Chicago FAA office to get the STC. They are
working on a PMA now so he can sell kits in the future. Right now he can
only sell and install the kit at his airport near Alma, MI. It is a simple
straight forward installation and really spins a 65 to start it! I plan to
get one installed on my Champ in the Spring.
