[f-AA] Bending 3" tubbing

I have a 1 foot long piece of 3" aluminum tubing. How do it bend it 30 degrees?

I needed some 1 1/2 " electrical conduit bent and I had no tools to do it. I took the four pieces to one of the muffler places like Midas. For a few dollars they bent my conduit perfectly on the machine that bends exhaust pipes. There are many sizes of exhaust pipe. I would ask if they could bend 3 inch stuff. Then there is your favorite place,Harbor Freight. They have tubing benders you might want to test.:) jrh

Muffler shop that has a hydraulic pipe bender.
They can do beautiful things.

Find an electrician with a hydraulic conduit bender. A large commercial tool rental might have one. But ONE foot is very short. With a couple of shaped blocks one might bend it with an arbor press.
