Still have my slide rule from 1952 in my desk drawer--along with a spring calculating slide rule that I used during the time I designed and checked spring design prints working at a spring factory. And, of course the reilable whiz wheel E6B along with my hand written flight plan book for many various routes to satisfy the whim of the ever vigilant lord and master captain during my early yes sir and no weather or CAA radar days ..
