I've attached a form used by the factory for a 7AC.  It came from a scan and I cleaned it up as a blank.

 here is the example along with the blank (I forgot to attach it to the eariler e-mail).  I got this from my Champ Paperwork, NC81761, 21 Dec 1945.  I haven't checked the tailwheel spacing to see if this is the same numbers to use with the 11AC.  Now I have something to do this weekend.  The form is certainly good for all.

Tony,

I have been using an iPhone application called "CG Finder". It is very easy to use and I find it quite helpful for adjusting gas weight when you are near max gross. It does cost 99 cents.
