This looks like an intriguing project:  A Raspberry Pi running a weather station.
This would be perfect for Kako, Jon!

Yes. I didn't think of you when I found the same site earlier this week.  Don't wait too long to sing up.

Can't really claim to be a kid's educational project, though...

Here is a board that offers promise

I am fortunate to have the MCM Electronics store 60 miles away and they may offer a better solution. The clerk mentioned when I bought my RPi a fellow used the camera module to recognize his license plate and open a powered gate. My next thought was photo recognition of flight club members to un-ground the mags so they could use an aircraft.

What key would the "sing" be in?

That would the key of C where 233.082 hertz equals A3/B3, the resonant frequency of Aeronca tail wires.

I have consistently demonstrated dyslexia in varied forms over the past two weeks.

It could also be my lack of touch typing skills on the smartphone that never auto-corrects when you need it..

Richard,

You should look into SwiftKey, it is a spell check app that is the best I have used. It not only learns your vocabulary but also adjusts the key pattern to where you hit the keys.

Thanks Ben. My issue is I never seem to do the same error twice, which is probably why the auto-correct can't keep up with me.....haha

How's the non Aeronca project going?
