F-4 Instrument Panel Angle Question Revisited

Okay, yesterday I got into the front cockpit of an F-4S with my
digital level. The fuselage was on the ground and, while I could not
determine the exact waterline, I estimated that it was sitting level
+- one degree. Inside the cockpit I placed my level upright against
the front instrument panel and it read 75 degrees for a tilt of 15
degrees; again, plus or minus one degree. When I finish welding the
display stand for my front panel, I'll post photos for those who may
be interested.
