Here are some pages from the RF-4C Inertial navigation aircrew
handbook.
This handbook is about the LN-12 Inert.nav.syst. which uses the ASN-46
navigation computer.
This is the quick reference part, but also in the detailed manual
there is written this is a pre-flight procedure (usually done by
groundcrew)and nothing written about engine start.
