I just got to know that EZ solution is changing Insurance company. So better check your doctor with our new provider.

I think new insurance is WellNet, not sure when they will send cards and other information.

Hi Pankil,

How you got this info? Is there any official email from EZ? I haven't received any official email or message from EZ. If you have any idea from when they are going to change it, please let us know.

As per my knowledge with startmarks the yearly calender ends on 30th November, 2011. From 1st dec their new calender year start for the coverage.

Thanks,

Bhavesh

For my upcoming appointment I was check with startmark and they told me you do not have coverage with us anymore.

That is correct. From 12/01/2011 our new coverage starts. There is no official email from EZ, that's what I told Koshy that you should at least inform all employees regarding this matter.

Just check with our agent and koshy. New insurance would be wellnet covered by Signa network. They haven't finalize all the matter, but it will be effective from 12/01/2011.

PPO Network would be:

www.myCIGNAforhealth.com

 Network: GWH-CIGNA

From
http://www.wellnet.com/page/small-group-alternative-funding

WellNet Health Plans is a self-funded alternative to traditional
health insurance designed for the unique needs of employers with 10 to
300 employees. With plan designs comparable to the most popular on the
market today, WellNet Health Plans adds a suite of services that
provide real-time claims data, tools to interpret that data and a
dedicated account manager to keep it simple.
Clients pay a flat monthly bill that covers the amounts needed to fund
expected medical and Rx claims, stop-loss insurance premiums, plan
administrative expenses and access to one of 100+ PPO networks.
WellNet takes care of the rest. Our Registered Nurse Care Managers
begin outreaching to your members day one, stop-loss insurance
protects you from larger-than-expected claims and dedicated Account
Managers are there to answer any questions or concerns. Over the plan
year, WellNet pays claims out of your own account (that WHP sets up)
and at the end of run-out, unused funds are the clients to keep.

------------- "unused funds are the clients to keep." That is
the Magic.
