Multiple workflow on a single document library

HI Friends,

I have a scenario. There is one document library and it has 6 different workflow. When a user upload a document to the library based on the key word in the name of the file, use is activating a particular workflow.

e.g 

File name is TestAADocument-w1.doc. This name contains "AA and ""w1" key words then start workflow-1.

File name is TestBBDocument-w2.doc. This name contains "BB" and "w2" key words then start workflow-2.

Like this, two words combination decides which work flow will be activated. At present, this activation is being done manually by user. They want to automate this process and eliminate the manual intervention. Also when the document is uploaded the workflow should send email  notification to CRM
