I finally upgraded to Catalina, and EZ Link has stopped working. Is it incompatible with Catalina? Is there a workaround?

ezLP should not care about catalina. Have you checked that it is still enabled in chrome? Have you tried re-installing the extension?

Thanks for your response, Erik. The problem seems to have resolved itself. The previews are working again.
