In a nutshell, look at YourPreviewFromChromeStore.png. Then look at my TEMPPIC.jpg.
They show what I was referring to in my two posts.
1. My first issue scrollbars.
In your reply you stated "Zoom has always only been available when previewing images, not websites."
But even today, in your Chrome Web Store Overview, you show scrollbars for the website in the pop up preview window in all four of your pictures. As shown in the pic I uploaded, a) I never get scrollbars in any of ezLinkPreview's pop up windows. b) the website shown in the pop up is cutoff and there is no way to see the cut off part, no way to scroll to it.
2. The Zoom Issue. I thought there used to be zoom in and zoom out buttons or something, within the ezLinkPreview pop up that allowed the user to zoom in or out on the site in the preview pop up, without changing the zoom of the entire chrome tab. But I can't find it.
=====
Below are the same issues I posted using the Chrome Web Store, ezLinkPreview, Support Tab. I wanted to attach a picture but couldn't do it from the Web Store Support Tab.
Zoom and Scroll Issues
1. Add back the zoom in out feature. When I first started using your app, at least a year ago, there used to be a Zoom +-, I believe at the top right of your window. It is no longer there so I can no longer zoom out to fit the entire preview in your window. Why was that removed? 2. Adding to the problem of removal of the Zoom feature is the horizontal scroll bar in your preview window does not scroll all the way to the right. So no matter what I do, the far right side of the preview is always cut off unless I enlarge the ezLinkPreview window to 2/3 of my entire monitor screen which defeats the purpose of the preview as I can no longer see or mouse click on other links I want to preview. Thoughts 1. Seems like some features have been removed. 2. Monitor sizes and resolutions vary greatly. In addition, custom dpi's can be set. I have a custom text size (DPI) set to medium (125%). ezLinkPreview needs to have user settings to adjust for any a) monitor size, b) monitor resolution, and c) custom text size (DPI). 3. What is confusing is that I have not changed my PC's screen settings in years yet I never had this problem with earlier versions. I have a 23" monitor, 1920x1080, DPI set to 125%.

Sorry its take over a year to reply ... best way would be to upload a screen shot but I can't find any way to do that. How can I send you or upload a screen shot showing 1) no scroll bars and 2) the previewed web site cut off and there being no way to scroll or whatever to view the website preview?

Zoom has always only been available when previewing images, not websites. I have not seen the scrolling issue, can you give me an example site?

Hi Frederick,
The actual Zoom buttons in the popup titlebar only appear when you are previewing an image file (always been that way). They change the size of the image to simulate zoom. I would not be able to zoom an actual website, for that use the built in zoom in the Chrome mane.

When you preview a website, there is no zooming, however, if the site is larger than the popup, you are supposed to automatically get scrollbars so you can scroll through the site just as you do in a regular window. I am not sure why you are not seeing the scrollbars... Is it only the horizontal scrollbar that is an issue, or vertical too?  Are you using the stable version of Chrome (as of today: 76.0.3809.132 ) ? Which operating system do you use (win/mac/unix)? Do you see the same behavior on all your PCs or just on one? It could also be an interaction with another extension, so if you have the patience, you could try turning off other extensions, reloading the pages or restarting chrome and then seeing if the problem is resolved.

My monitor resolution is 1920x1080 with 125% font size on Win10, and for me, the same bibble site loads normally and only requires vertical scroll:

For some quick answers ...
I had both installed but did  not have the modal version activated. I just uninstalled it.
I am using Chrome Version 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (32-bit).
I never ever see any horizontal or vertical scroll bars. I haven't for over a year, since my first post about the issue.
Am usings Windows 10 Pro x64, Build 17763.rs5 Release 180914-1434.
Will try disabling extension a bit later when I have more time.
But a year ago I was running Windows 7 on this same PC and had the issue.
I only have one other, a Lenova 2in1 laptop. Will try that same site on it, again, a bit later.
Thanks for your quick response.

Quick question, why do you run 32bit chrome on a 64bit PC? You can run 64bit chrome for better performance...

No idea, never noticed. Probably been that way since I first started using Chrome years ago. Just checked, my laptop has Chrome x64. Guess I'll upgrade. I know with Firefox, when they came out with x64 and changed some other things, almost none of the extensions I use would have worked so I went back to x32 firefox. I suppose, I stuck with Chrome x32 because I did not have the time to go through something like that again and find new replacement extensions.
But now there is probably no reason. I did not even know.
