ezLCD+ and CAN Bus

I'm looking for any info on how to set up the ezLCD on a CAN bus
system.
Any info would be great so I don't re-invent the wheel.

I believe that the CAN functions are unimplemented, at least as far as
the +102 summer or 2009. I am not sure if anything has changed. You
can of course transmit to a micro-processor that supports can.
