Something awakens

From the sacred bonfires of Dahomey to the cobblestones of Okap, the assignment remains unbroken.

Our story moves from the royal courtyard of Dahomey to the streets of Okap, Hayti, where Toya encounters the Makandal Rebels: Dede Magrit. Manbo Inan. Dede Defile and see the watchers, just children: Janbatis Sansousi and Nowèl Priyè. What crossed the water was not only fire and memory. It was living libraries. Embodied, ancestral knowledge walking across oceans, meeting itself.
