Detail of Requirement
Role	Splunk Developer
Mandatory Technical Skills	4-6 years of experience in developing Splunk Enterprise based applications. Experience in developing Splunk SPL searches, Dashboards, Heavy Forwarder data source Python, Php and Shell scripting routines. Good understanding of Splunk Enterprise developer and Administrator concepts.
Desirable Technical Skills	Prior experience working with Telecom Domain Working experience in Splunk Enterprise product.
Mandatory Functional Skills	Prior experience working with Telecom Domain specifically in OSS space. Understanding of orchestration / workflows Experience working in SCRUM based agile projects
Desirable Functional Skills	Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong analytical, problem solving problem mentality with a proven ability to be self-motivated
Total Experience Required	4 - 6 yrs
Job Description	As a Splunk developer for a data analytics programs, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, design, development, and unit testing of the splunk dashboards creation, SPL saved searches and heavy forwarder data sources python, php, shell scripting routines as per the user story. The Developer will also be actively participating in design and analysis sessions with Splunk Enterprise Administrator to build the better indexes, source types and dashboards seetings as per the licensce requirments.
