Do you support PHOTO data which is Base64 already rather than a URI??

ez-vcard can parse PHOTO properties that have a URL or base64 data.

ez-vcard does not accept a base64 string as a valid PHOTO property value.  It accepts an array of bytes as the value, then converts the byte array to a base64 string when the vCard is written.
