Call for Applications: Internship at the International Office of the European Youth Parliament

Interested in joining the EYP Team in Berlin for 3 to 12 months?

The European Youth Parliament is offering an internship at its International Office in Berlin. The position will suit the interests of applicants that would like to gain professional experience in the management of an international NGO for duration of 3 to 12 months.

We are especially interested in receiving applications from EYP alumni who would be interested in joining the EYP Team at the Schwarzkopf Foundation. Besides our full and half-time positions, we currently offer two internships. One of these places will become vacant from 1st July 2012. Main tasks include supporting the Executive Director and the rest of the EYP Team in the following areas:

· participant management for International Sessions,

· drafting and revising of reports and applications,

· preparing and updating databases,

· updating websites, alumni platform and social media sites,

· composing invitations

· translations

· other tasks depending on current project and events.

Applicants should ideally have the following qualifications:

· good knowledge of English,

· experience in office work (other internships, administrative work, etc.)

· team spirit

· experience in EYP is very much hoped for, but not obligatory.
