pull request with some improvements of accessibility in oficial telegram for android.

Hello everybody. In official telegram client for android In android
seven and lower it exists problem,when you can't accept or decline
telegram calls in telegram window. Also it exists problem,when in button
end call not change contentDescription after declining of call of one
user by other user. This problems exists in talkback and commentary
screenreader. I wrote about this problems in sup...@telegram.org few
months ago,but i haven't any reply from them. So i desided compile my
telegram in android studio and try to fix this problems myself. I did
this successfully and sent pull request to developers of telegram. As i
heared and noticed,developers of official telegram for android ignore
pull requests,so i ask everybody please,comment this pull request with
text,that it's really need for blind users and send link on this pull
request to your friends and acquaintances,that they do the same. May be
in this situation developers of official telegram for android will fix
this problem. For comenting of pull request you need in registration on
