Looking at the web information on the above appeal it says the date for interested party comments is 16^th Feb 2011 (now gone) but it does not give the date of the appeal, though it does say the date of  the “site notice” is 14 June 2011.  Please can you say when the appeal will be heard?

Dear Mr Seaman,

The Local Inquiry into this appeal will take place on 14th June 2011
starting at 10:00am and will be held at South Norfolk District Council
Offices, South Norfolk House, Swan Lane, Long Stratton, Norwich, NR15
2XE. The Inquiry is scheduled to last 6 days.

You are welcome to attend. Should you wish to speak at the Inquiry,
please make sure you notify the Inspector upon your arrival at the
venue on the first day. Please note that it is entirely at the
Inspector's discretion as to whether he allows you to speak at the
Inquiry.

The site notice will be displayed at the appeal site, and gives the
information that I have provided you with.
