User manual for Topcon LM-P5 Lensmeter

Hello group members.

 

I am currently in Yaoundé Cameroon on an Orbis Flying Eye Hospital program.

 

Our host hospital “Hopital Central de Yaoundé” has a functional Topcon LM-5 lensmeter (or lensometer).  They do not have a user manual and asked if I could assist in locating one so they can fully utilize the instrument’s options.

 

if anybody has access to such a manual could you scan in a document and send it to me.  I will then forward it to the hospital.

Dear Leo de Kryger,

 

I have contacted TOPCON UK to see if they have an electronic version of the User Manual for a LM-5 and I am awaiting their response. This may prove to be difficult as the LM-5 is an old model. Maybe someone else may have a hard copy somewhere.
