Suggest they change the lamp at the top. If the message still comes up then it needs re calibrated.

Dear friends. Some of you may know that I am in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia running an instruments maintenance program. The hospital has a brand new (Zeiss) Humphrey Field Analyzer Model 720i Sl. No. 7202-5764 gifted to them from USA. As it always happens with such gifts the hospital has not received the manual. The instrument is reported not working.. This after noon it was brought to our workshop to help them to use it. We checked it and we find that the instrument gets turned on but when we proceed with the routine tests we constantly get the error message "motor board not calibrated" We opened the instrument and we found that the motor is running and we get the flashes of light. But the instrument cannot be used as the error message is blocking any further action. Could any of you who is more familiar with the instrument please guide us what we can do. It is sad that such a brand new machine cannot be used. We need an urgent response as we are finishing the program and will be leaving the hospital on the evening of 1st Aug. Thanks Srinivasan
