This video is 4 months old but he made the same idiotic comment just two days ago on primetime TV; that tells me that the "Yes Men" that surround him are afraid to inform the man that he has said something stupid. An average fourth grader understands how percentages work better than the President of the United States. And he's the guy in charge of the Multi-Trillion dollar federal budget!
