Description
1. I am using iRODS on a local machine. I have successfully established the
connection, and I have an IRODSAccount object ready to be used.
2. To manage the files I am trying to create a GeneralFile object via
FileFactory.newFile(URI uri) method.
3. The URI being passed into the method is given by account.toURI(boolean
includepassword) method.

I am expecting to see no error? I get this error: IRODS error occured
-348000


I am using jargon 3.0, On windows 7.
