We are eager to see you and hope that you will be able to attend the Not
Still Art Festival.

We celebrate our 10th anniversary by inviting all artists who have ever
submitted work to the festival to attend this year for free!

The program this year is serious, as befits the times. 
There are extraordinary abstract animations.

Video art that deals with war and the meaning of life.
The music and sound design is emotionally rivetting.
