Extreme Weekend for Children with Diabetes

Hello All,

I am hoping everyone is surviving the snow this winter.  Well, it is time to register your child for Extreme Weekend for Children with Diabetes Ages 8-17 boys & girls at NorthBay Adventure Camp in North East, MD.  We had an exciting time last year and we met many new faces and we are going to do the same this year.  The date is April 24-26, 2015.

 We are not sure who will show up this year as we always try and bring in someone very special and exciting though every child is exciting and special. We only have online registration and please remember that at the end nothing will happen though we will receive your child's registration.  You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your child is registered.  We then need you to fill out all of the other forms and send payment.  We are not going to use PayPal as it costs us money and we are trying to keep the fee as low as possible for Extreme Weekend for Children which is $225.00.
