Extreme Weekend Registration is Open

Hello All,

I am hoping everyone is surviving the snow this winter.  Well, it is time to register your child for Extreme Weekend for Children with Diabetes Ages 8-17 boys & girls @ NorthBay Adventure Camp in North East, MD.  We had an exciting time last year and we met many new faces and we are going to do the same this year as we are filling up fast.

Some wonderful news we here at Diabetes DESTINY are trying to make it eaiser for you to regester in a few ways and also save money.  The Camper Application is now online.  You will need to fill out The Health History Form, Parent Consent and NorthBay Health Form.

Here is where the savings can come in and also a great place for you to learn and your child network with other children in your area and similar interests.

 Parents register AND their kids register. This is actually helpful because it helps us see who our constituents are. (Examples: If they have diabetes, if they are a healthcare professional, work in the industry, have a family member or friend with diabetes, etc.)
