I hope everyone is staying warm and enjoying the winter season.
The Extreme Weekend for Children with Diabetes will be having there next adventure weekend April 9-11, 2010 at NorthBay Adventure Camp located in North East, MD. We are having an early bird sign up!
Reduced Camp Cost $150.00 From January 10, 2010 to February 10, 2010. Please take advantage of the early sign up, make sure your envelope is postmarked before February 10, 2010 to receive this discount. If you cannot get The Health History form filled out by then that is OK send it at a later date.
Please help spread the word about this amazing weekend; this session is open to ages 8-19 years of age. You must be 8 before March 1, 2010 to attend camp.
