DESTINY opens registration 04/20-22/12

Hello All!

 

I am sure everyone is getting ready for the holidays!  DESTINY is opening registration for our Extreme Weekend for Children with Diabetes weekend retreat - April 20-22, 2012.  Registration will open in a few days.  Please visit our website for details - www.diabetesdestiny.org 

Camper/athlete fees $200.00 though all you need to do now is to mail in a check for $25.00 (make the check out to DESA and in the memo section write DESTINy'EW.  With the payment we will need the camper application.  You then have ytill March 3 to send the final payment of $175.00 and the rest of the applications.  NOTE:  If we do not receive final payment with the rest of the camper applications we will refund you your $25.00 and your child will not be able to attend this session.

 

DESTINY needs your help!

You can help us raise money for our events.  You can set up 3rd party fundraisers and there are many other ways, you can go to your company where you work and ask them to help fund DESTINY or set up a fundraiser at work and maybe your company will match donations of everyone who donates.
