Not even after my monthly strike (0ct.10. to Nov.11.), in front of the
EU Parlament and Council of Europe, the legal adviser of Croatia, Mr.
Bajic, the Goverment and the President, don't want to accept the law
and democraty. The proof that they want to torture and kill me which I
have, is the argument for my charges against them. I finished the
strike because my health doesn't allow me to continue it right now. I
will go on, when I am better again. The Croation government lets me no
other choice.... Even after 11 years. They know very well that I will
die without the meds, which I need for my disease (cancer) and can not
afford them. They delay giving me my money on purpose. I am grateful
for the support of all in EU Parlament, Council of Europe, diplomates
and others in Strasbourg and other countries, all the federal and
unfederal organizations, the Red Cross, the Church, the UN....and
specially I appreciate the help of individuals, journalists and EU
ombutsman. I would never like that someone should have to go through
the things I had to..... and am still going through now. But, believe
me, it can happen to everybody where there are authorities, who don't
care for law , demokracy and human's lives. That is the reason for my
charges, and the reason why I want a blockade of discussions between EU
and Croatia in my case. We live in Europe, in a world of civilization.
If my life has no worth, I am considering about the lives of our
children in times when people like in Croatia are managing the world.
Where are we going to? Anarchy and terrorism??? Are we forgetting all
the known and unknown people who were fighting for freedom and all the
good things in this world? What kind of people are we? I'm writing a
book now. It will tell a lot of all these happenings.
As an EU citizien I`m fileing charges for:
1. Attempted murder (which is going on for 11 years), 2. Torture and
stealing all of the human rights (11 years), against present and former
leaders of Croatia.
I place the charges to this institution with a request to send it to
public prosecuters of the members of EU.
I`m stating the accused person:
1. Mr. Stjepan Mesic - president of Croatia, 2. Mr. Mladen Bajic -
state I., 3. Mr. Ivo Sanader -prime minister, 4. Mr. Ivica Racan - ex
prime min., 5. Mr. Nikica Valentic - ex prime min., 6. Mr. Bozo Prka -
ex. minister
