and his ministers are doing .... Who and at what cost is guarding him
and his "democracy" .... You have forgotten about the European values
and man ... you resent Orban and allow Plenković to destroy people and
democracy ... are you returning Europe to feudalism and barbarism ??


Criminal charges against EU citizens

Since in Croatia I cannot legally resolve my case even after 25 years,
regardless of all the original documentation, I am sending this
criminal complaint for killing using a position in the ministries,
government and the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Croatia.
Along with the murder charge, I have also been filing for torture for
the past 25 years.
I state that I was suffering from cancer that I was treating and who
had come back again because of torture by the Government of the
Republic of Croatia and the persons listed below against whom I apply.
In addition to the criminal complaint, I also request from the
Government of the Republic of Croatia, and personally responsible
(names I state) against which I am filing a compensation of 5 (five)
million euros.
ATTACHED CERTIFIED COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO MY CASE and
documents showing that the Prime Ministers and Ministers of the
Republic of Croatia are setting jobs and millions of earnings to EU
and US companies ..... ignoring international and Croatian laws and
law

After 26 years of disenfranchisement from all Croatian governments so
far, I do not hope for a legal and human solution. The reason is that
Croatian politicians and lawyers are almost all corrupt thieves and
murderers who tread on corpses to get rich. I am now 67 years old,
fighting another cancer, and it started in 1994 when I prevented a
robbery of a $ 100m donation to Tudjman's son and then Prime Minister
Valentic. They have since been avenged and Plenkovic's revenge ends
with my deliberate killing by denying the Government due process of
law. They didn't just kill me. They killed the life of my then
underage daughter so I wonder if their children deserve to live
because they sure know what their parents are doing ?? I will not die
alone but I will not die from the corona virus and the blood remains
on the hands of corrupt Croatian politicians, Plenkovic, Valentic,
Bozo Prka former min. of the present min. Zdravka Maric, who jumped
into lacquered shoes from their backs. And thank you to those who
intervened. To those who have been silent, thank you because one knows
one another by deed. This is actually the end of the ballad about
democracy and laws that were written only to protect thief
politicians. The only law is that of God, tooth for tooth, eye for eye
.... and thus ends the struggle for life

  Nakon 26 godina obespravljenosti od svih dosadašnjih Hrvatskih vlada
ne nadam se pravnom i ljudskom rješenju. Razlog je taj što su Hrvatski
političari i pravnici skoro svi korumpirani lopovi i ubojice koji gaze
preko leševa da bi se obogatili. Sada sam star 67 godina, borim se sa
drugim rakom a počelo je 1994 kada sam spriječio pljačku 100 mio usd
donacije  Tuđmanovom sinu i tadašnjem premijeru Valentiću. Od tada se
osvečuju a osvetu završava Plenković mojim namjernim ubijanjem
uskračivanjem zakonskog postupka Vlade. Nisu ubili samo mene. Ubili su
život moje tada maloljetne kčerke pa se pitam da li njihova djeca
zaslužuju da žive jer sigurno znaju što rade njihovi roditelji?? Neču
umrijeti sam ali neču umrijeti ni od corona virusa a krv ostaje na
rukama korumpiranih Hrvatskih političara, Plenkovića, Valentića, Bože
Prke bivšeg min.fin. sadašnjeg min. Zdravka Marić koji su iz opanaka
skočili u lakirane cipele. A onima koji su intervenirali hvala. Onima
koji su šutjeli isto hvala jer čovjek se po djelu poznaje. Ovo je
zapravo kraj balade o demokraciji i zakonima koji su pisani samo za
zaštitu političara lopova. Jedini zakon je onaj Božji, zub za zub, oko
za oko....i tako završava borba za život

 Since there were corrupt people in the Yuncker Commission, now I am
sending you this lawsuit. And if you care about Europe and the people,
and not just politics, you will put pressure on Plenkovic and the
Croatian government to finally act according to the law. Otherwise, I
have a complaint that the EU Commission ignores democracy and laws.
