I want to create a simple web2 application with data in the database

Please, can someone send a demo application for ExtPascal to my email or a link to the application source code.

I'm looking for sample applications designed to work with the database,
the forum are encountered aplications DemoWeb.zip or LazExtendDialer.zip which were earlier placed in the files section,
but Google Groups lost these files ...
Where possible the application to pack the script for the sample database.
