Dear fellow Extol Toastmasters Club members,

This is to inform that the Annual General Meeting for Extol Toastmasters Club will be held after the regular meeting on 20 May 2015.

All Extol Toastmasters Club members are encouraged to attend.

The highlight of the AGM is the nominating and voting of our club officers for the term 2015-2016 which will commence on 1st July 2015 and ends on 30th June 2016..
