Query Regarding XC Drupal Toolkit

Hi,

I came across the XC package and found that it matches with what our
Library requires like metadata harvesting , searching for records ,
able to upload the records in dublin core format and so on. I tried to
use the module but page goes blank. I don't know what is going wrong.
If you can tell me about any site where i can find material or
tutorial for the XC module.

Hello Nirlepa,

Thanks for your interest in the XC project and the Drupal Toolkit!

The set of modules included in the XC Drupal Toolkit are in active
development and we do not recommending using this on any production
site. However, some features (such as harvesting metadata via OAI and
storing as Drupal nodes) should work and you defiantly should not get
get a blank screen when installing.

Although there is no official user manual, there is an INSTALL.txt
file at the base of the package which explains how to install the
Drupal Toolkit. For the most part, it installs much like any other
Drupal module. You should extract the package to your "sites/all/
modules" directory to enable the modules from your "admin/build/
modules" page.

Currently, there are two downloadable releases:
-- 6.x-1.0-alpha1 (first alpha release)
-- 6.x-1.x-dev (development snapshot)

Please let me know which release you are using and provide more detail
on how you encountered the problems you describe.
