fail install MetadataServiceToolkit

Hello.
I'm trying install MetadataServiceToolkit 0.15 and say this fail:
"Unable to access the database to get Server type information. There
may be problem with database configuration. "

i configured every files like the manual but ...

Can you help me?

Hi,
The error message indicates that the application is not being able to
connect to database. So there must be some problem with the database
configuration.

1. Check if MetadataServicesToolkit_config.xml has the correct
DatabaseUrl, DatabaseUsername and DatabasePassword. The user name
given here should exist in MySQL server and the password should match.
2. Check if MST-instances folder exist under tomcat working directory.
(tomcat working directory can be tomcat\ or tomcat\bin)
