I have a modified file that I'd like to submit as a pull request.
Unfortunately, I have no way create a fork or in other way connect to
the repository. All my development is done in a disconnected network.

Is there any other way that I could send the file so that it can be
considered? I could e-mail it or upload it somewhere.

This file is for adding an option for the ReflectionConfigurator to
preserve the case of Direct methods in the C# (instead of changing
them to camelCase) .

If the modification affect a single file, broswe that file with github, for example:

then click on "Fork and edit this file". You can apply changes in you own fork and then submit a pull request.
