*Call for Offers for an External Evaluation *



The International Council for Adult Education seeks a team of highly
qualified External Evaluators to conduct an external evaluation of ICAE's
current programmes of activities, to review its work and give
recommendations for the future. This evaluation also intends to contribute
to a better focus and capitalization of the achievements of ICAE's work.
The evaluation should focus on the 2012-2014 period and be based on DAC
criteria.



For more details, including objectives, required expertise, service to be
provided, timeline and other important information about this evaluation
please see the attached Terms of Reference. The deadline for offers is *25th.
September 2014* at 23:59 GMT



We look forward to receiving your proposals and the required documents by
the closing date.
