problems installing PyOpenGL, missing MSVCR71.dll [fixed]

The installation of PyOpenGL under WinXP causes sometimes problems, especially if you ran Python 2.7. If you receive the message that the file MSVCR71.dll is missing, you can fix it by the following steps:

1. Download MSVCR71.dll from dll-files.com. It is free.

2. Unzip

3. Copy MSVCR71.dll into C:\Windows\System32
