New question: Is there a way to change the cursor of the mouse or make it bigger or change the color ?

You can use http://docs.expyriment.org/expyriment.io.Mouse.html#expyriment.io.Mouse.set_cursor.

It is basically a wrapper for http://www.pygame.org/docs/ref/mouse.html#pygame.mouse.set_cursor.
