Description:

Currently custom function provider needs to register the function name with
Grammer and ExpressionFactory.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a better way to do it

Implementation has been improved. Now there is no need to add the function
to ExpressionFactory. Adding custom function to grammer will do.
