inserting audio/video files

Can anyone help me with inserting an audio/video file on individual
pages? I can insert files on the master, but I'd like to put different
clips on different pages, and don't know how to do that. I posted this
question in the yahoo frontpage group, but didn't get a response, so I
apologize if the duplication is improper. I also can't seem to get the
EWD help file to download. Maybe I wouldn't ask so many questions if I
could get the file. ;-)
